theogeo.ai (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a B2B SaaS platform that helps companies track how their brand appears in AI-generated responses. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
2. Data We Collect
Account Data
- Email address (via magic link sign-in or Google OAuth)
- Organization name (derived from email on first signup)
Waitlist Data
- Email address (submitted via the “Notify me” form on our landing page)
Payment Data
- Payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers.
- We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your plan.
Domain & Audit Data
- Domain URLs you submit for auditing
- Brand names, aliases, and competitor names you provide
- Crawled page content (text extracted from your website's public pages)
- AI engine responses generated when we query ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude about your brand
- Citation detection results, sentiment classifications, and recommendations
Technical Data
- Authentication cookies managed by Supabase (session tokens)
- Error and exception data captured by Sentry for debugging (in production only)
Data We Do Not Collect
- IP addresses
- Browser user agents or device fingerprints
- Location data
- Click tracking, pageview analytics, or session recordings (except error-triggered replays via Sentry)
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the audit service: crawling your domain, generating queries, running them against AI engines, and displaying results
- To manage your account and subscription
- To send transactional emails (magic link sign-in, subscription confirmations)
- To notify you when we launch (waitlist emails)
- To monitor and fix errors in the platform
- To generate AI-powered recommendations and content briefs based on your audit results
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your audit results with other customers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion
- Audit results are stored indefinitely to support trend analysis and historical comparisons.
- If you delete your account, all associated data (organization, domains, pages, queries, audit results, recommendations, content briefs, and alerts) is permanently deleted via cascading deletion.
- Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing or using theogeo.ai (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by theogeo.ai (“we,” “us,” “our”).
2. The Service
theogeo.ai is a B2B SaaS platform that audits how brands appear in AI-generated responses across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. The Service crawls publicly accessible pages on domains you submit, generates buyer-intent queries, runs those queries against AI engines, detects brand citations, classifies sentiment, and provides recommendations and content briefs.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One account per organization. Sharing accounts between organizations is not permitted.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- The Service is offered in two tiers: Starter ($199/month) and Pro ($399/month).
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit domains you do not own or have authorization to audit.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person or company.
- Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Share your audit results publicly in a way that is misleading or defamatory toward the audited brand.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond the provided API.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
6. Domain Crawling
- When you submit a domain, we crawl up to 15 publicly accessible pages to extract text content for analysis.
- We respect robots.txt directives where applicable.
- Crawled content is stored in our database and used solely for generating audit queries and recommendations.
- We do not redistribute or publicly display crawled content.
7. AI-Generated Content
- Recommendations, content briefs, and sentiment classifications are generated by AI models (Claude, GPT-4o).
- AI-generated content is provided as suggestions, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any recommendations before acting on them.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
- Audit results reflect AI engine responses at the time of the audit. AI engine behavior changes frequently and results may differ over time.
8. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (domain content, brand names, competitors).
- We retain ownership of the Service, its design, code, and methodology.
- Audit results and AI-generated recommendations are provided under a limited license for your internal business use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, theogeo.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions. AI engine APIs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude) are third-party services outside our control.
11. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
